Five stages from first call to a released order. Nothing is fabricated until you have approved the set.
Venue review
A measured look at the structure as found: risers, sightlines, egress and access.
Layout & seat count
Row and bay geometry, seat count, accessible locations and colour program.
Submittal package
Drawings, product data, finish samples and the compliance documentation your reviewer needs.
Approval & release
You approve the set in writing. Only then does the order go to fabrication.
Install & closeout
Installation by Ovation, then as-built documentation and the inspection record for your files.
- A floor plan or site plan, however rough
- A seat target, or the row and bay geometry you already have
- Mounting condition — riser, tread, slab or existing structure
- Colour direction, including school or club colours
- Bid or delivery dates, and the date the building has to be back in use
